New Mandatory COVID-19 Federal Posters Issued by DOL

Under the recently passed Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFRCA), all private employers with fewer than 500 employees, plus certain public employers, must display a new federal workplace posting.
The poster will summarize the new emergency paid leave law and explains the circumstances under which employees qualify for immediate paid leave due to the COVID-19 emergency.
