Having an internal Graphic Arts department is not important to every company's bottom line but expressing yourself professionally through your use of Graphic Arts is. We have the internal dedicated professionals who are able to help you work through the toughest artist questions and formats.

Regardless of the size of the job, if your organization is in need of assistance with design, layout, format, whether you're working in PC or MAC format, our members can help you pull together beautiful pieces using the latest technology and their creative skills as artists.

Our art departments accept all types of formats for reproduction and creating a product that you can be proud of. There are industry preferred standards and in order to help you speed your task through, those standard file types are listed here. MAC format is preferred but PC is just as acceptable. The best and most common file types to use in your artwork are:

• Abobe Illustrator Files-(AI)
• Encapsulated Post Script Files-(EPS)
• Tagged Image File Format-(TIFF)

Not having the right types of image files can slow down the work process. Be sure to ask what is the preferred format of image of your designer.

Also, don't forget to discuss the rules and rolls of embedded fonts with the team. These are all items that our Graphic Artists will be glad to help you through during the preparation and printing process.

You have the option in working with any design and output program you choose. For your convenience, you can access our ftp area to transfer large files. If you are not set-up as an authorized user, ask your customer service representative or sales professional to provide you with access.
